Parking: Downtown Maryville has ample free public parking. There are various lots around the theatre. However, the lot directly across the street in the front always quickly fills up on weekends. There are also garage parking levels beneath this lot, and an elevator. We highly recommend parking in the Harper Street garage which has plenty of spaces that are most always available. Harper Street runs behind the theatre. Turn into the garage entrance on 200 W. Harper Street. Walk out the main level to Broadway, and make a short walk to your left to the front of the Capitol and our lobby entrance.
Unloading & Drop Off: There is an unloading zone on Broadway Ave, in front of the theatre, with direct access to the lobby, main auditorium, and ice cream parlor.
The double red doors allow wide access, and a step-free path to transport alcohol or other items. We have a dolly available for your convenience.
Buses & shuttles can drop off and pick up guests in the unloading zone. Any guests in cars can pull up to drop off/pick up attendees that needs assistance.

Haley Stallings is originally from Virginia Beach, VA, and has a bachelor’s degree in Events & Tourism from Radford University. A eight year veteran with the Capitol Theatre, she has extensive wedding industry & event directing experience. Haley loves nothing more than sending a bride down the aisle, and the opportunity to bring a client’s event vision to life with ease and comfort. With a true passion for weddings and events, she looks forward to helping plan your special day!
