From comfort food to more elegant cuisine, we'll help you craft a delicious menu. We offer buffets, plated dinners, mixers, hors d'oeuvres, ice cream bar, and snack & dessert bars. If you have a dish idea, need an item not listed on our offerings, or have special dietary needs or allergies, we can customize any menu.

We do allow bartending services including beer, wine & liquor. You must have an ABC certified bartender to serve any alcohol. We work with a variety of professional bartending companies who are already familiar with the theatre's bar setup and procedures.

*The Capitol Theatre does not sell alcohol. Alcohol must be purchased by the host, and any alcohol allowed on the property must be served by a licensed bartender.
